Question 1

What happens if I use more than my included hours?

Accepted Answer

You pay an overage rate based on your tier. Range Pass members pay $35/hr for additional time. Performance members pay $30/hr. Elite members pay $25/hr. Your booking dashboard tracks usage in real time so there are no surprises at the end of the month.

Question 2

Can I bring a friend who isn't a member?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Performance members get 1 guest per booking. Elite members get 3 per booking. Guests book under your account and play in your bay during your booking.

Question 3

How long is a booking?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are available in 30 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum. Most members book 1 to 2 hours at a time. You can make as many bookings as your included hours allow, and go beyond that at your overage rate.

Question 4

What software and courses are available?

Accepted Answer

Every bay runs GSPro with access to over 2,500 courses including Augusta National, Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, and Torrey Pines. You choose your course when you start your session.

Question 5

Do I need my own clubs, or can I rent a set?

Accepted Answer

Either works. We keep TaylorMade rental sets on site and they’re free to use — a right handed men’s set, a left handed men’s set, and a right handed junior set. There are only a few, so they go first come, first served. If you bring your own clubs, that’s all you need. Balls and tees are provided, and the bays are fully equipped with the Uneekor EYE XO launch monitor, hitting mat, screen, and projector.

Question 6

How does 24/7 access work?

Accepted Answer

Your phone is your key. After you sign up, you'll receive access credentials that let you unlock the facility and your assigned bay at any hour. No front desk. No staff required. The facility is monitored remotely and climate controlled around the clock.

Question 7

Can I use the bays for lessons with my own instructor?

Accepted Answer

We're open to it. Reach out through our contact page and let us know about your setup. We're also building partnerships with PGA certified instructors for on site coaching after launch.

Question 8

What's the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Memberships are month to month. Cancel anytime with no penalty. For individual bookings, cancel at least 2 hours before your booking to avoid being charged.

Question 9

Is there a contract or commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. Every membership tier is month to month. You can cancel at any time.

Question 10

Can I sign up for a membership before you open?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick the tier that fits and submit the membership form — there's no payment required today. We'll contact you directly before opening to confirm your tier, answer questions, and collect your first payment.
