What happens if I use more than my included hours?

You pay an overage rate based on your tier. Range Pass members pay $35/hr for additional time. Performance members pay $30/hr. Elite members pay $25/hr. Your booking dashboard tracks usage in real time so there are no surprises at the end of the month.

Can I bring a friend who isn't a member?

Yes. Performance members get 1 guest pass per month. Elite members get 3. Guests book under your account and play in your bay during your session. Additional guest passes can be purchased if you need more.

How long is a booking?

Bookings are available in 30 minute increments with a 1 hour minimum. Most members book 1 to 2 hour sessions. You can book as many sessions as your included hours allow, and go beyond that at your overage rate.

What software and courses are available?

Every bay runs GSPro with access to over 2,000 courses including Augusta National, Pebble Beach, St. Andrews, and Torrey Pines. You choose your course when you start your session.

Do I need to bring my own clubs?

Bring your clubs and your tees. That's it. The bays are fully equipped with the Uneekor EYE XO launch monitor, hitting mat, screen, and projector. Balls are provided. If you forget your clubs, we'll have a limited set of loaners available.

How does 24/7 access work?

Your phone is your key. After you sign up, you'll receive access credentials that let you unlock the facility and your assigned bay at any hour. No front desk. No staff required. The facility is monitored remotely and climate controlled around the clock.

Can I use the bays for lessons with my own instructor?

We're open to it. Reach out through our contact page and let us know about your setup. We're also building partnerships with PGA certified instructors for on site coaching after launch.

What's the cancellation policy?

Memberships are month to month. Cancel anytime with no penalty. For individual bookings, cancel at least 2 hours before your session to avoid being charged.

No. Every membership tier is month to month. You can cancel at any time.

Founding members lock in a 20% discount on whichever tier they choose. That rate never increases and stays with your account permanently, even if standard pricing goes up after launch.
